LRFC Tri Team at the Cheltenham Triathlon

Sunday was the Cheltenham Triathlon at the Sandford Parks Lido. A super-sprint event raced over 500m swim / 15km bike / 2.7km run, its fast and furious and a great showcase for the Lido. This year there were around 700 entrants including, for the second year running, an LRFC Tri Team.

With a start time of 7:30 we were up and in skimpy tri-suits struggling to keep warm waiting to start. A great mornings racing with an excellent breakfast sandwich at the end. 

A really great event - lets try and get more interest for next year.
